SIMCHAT TORAH, a fun holiday marking the end of Sukkot and the beginning of a new cycle of Torah reading.  On Simchat Torah we open a Torah in its entirety around the Social Hall, dance with the Torahs, and also hold a Consecration ritual for new students in our school.
